hopefully you are all having wonderful a wonderful week.
This is just a short post to let you know how my holiday is going and that it is WONDERFUL. so far we have eaten at some wonderful cafe's, shopped at amazing boutiques, got an amazing massage, and met out stylist (who we will be shopping with tomorrow.) we have a huge day planned for tomorrow we have to get clothes to wear to usher and obviously get ready for usher! I Have taken a few snaps from the trip (only with my phone as I'm yet to find a camera I want to spend my money on) but i can't upload them from my iPad.
On a note about the jewelery i bought an amazing jade budah and got some amazing jewelery ideas i am very excited to show you my creations! Stay tuned for pictures!

The Count Down Has Started.
Hello,
Count down: FOUR DAYS UNTIL MELBOURNE.
I am writing this blog while i am cleaning my room and getting everything ready for Melbourne (yes i know i leave on Wednesday and i have a lot of time but i dislike packing at the last minute.) I have a treatment in my hair and my Rose Yankee Candle alight, but i am still not motivated.
I have found so many new customers this week which means a lot more work to do. Everyone is loving the peace sign earrings and rosary beads so i'll have to make a lot more of them! I'm thinking of trying turquoise rosary beads. what is your favorite peace of jewelry you have seen so far? Or what would you like to see me make next? My next project is Lapis Lazuli it is fairly pricy but the most beautiful colour i have seen. Here are a few facts on Lapis:
1. Is a deep blue colour with golden inclusions of pyrites which shimmer like little stars
2. It is one of the first gemstones that was worn as jewelry
3. It has been proven that this beautiful deep blue gemstone was popular thousands of years ago among the people of Mesopotamia, Egypt, Persia, Greece and Rome.
4. Not to mention this gemstone makes beautiful jewelry matcher up with a sterling silver clasp!
I will make a bracelet when i get back from Melbourne and show you all its beautiful colour.

"I'm off to the big city"
Hello Lovelies,
Next Wednesday as i mentioned in my pervious post I Need More Hours In a Day i am heading off to Melbourne and i want to find a few shops and need YOUR help!
Firstly i need to find a material shop that has really stylish material is high quality and isn't too pricey. Through a company that i will hopefully be able to ring up and order material and get it sent to me (in QLD). I also I need to find a great beading shop with lovely semi precious pendants and obviously beads. Of course while i am there i will have to try a lot of the wonderful food and restaurant's Melbourne has to offer, so also let me know some of your favorite places to eat. Last but defiantly not least lots of fashion, the town i live in doesn't have the best shopping so i need to spend up big time!
Please comment with any suggestions and i will defiantly check them out. I have the worst memory so there will probably be another post like this with more things i want to find! But for now have a good evening.

I Need More Hours In a Day
Hello Lovelies,
i have had the busiest couple of days at work. Thank god it is over, now i can get back to creating my dress! I have to make a million yo-yo's tomorrow but the dress is finally coming together, i will defiantly post pictures of my progress. Which reminds me, i neeeeeed a good camera i am currently using my iPhone for pictures and although, the iPhone4 has a lot better quality then the iPhone3 it still isn't enough so please leave suggestions on good camera's! I have a lot of things going on in the next couple of weeks. I am excited for this Friday as a good friend of mine, Kimberley and i will be making our mood boards, next Wednesday i will be leaving for the big city of Melbourne where i will be meeting with a personal shopper, going to see Usher in concert, and hopefully seeing some comedy shows as it is the Melbourne Comedy Festival that week. Not to mention all of the projects i have to get done soon as well. It is going to be a very enjoyable but stressful couple of weeks. Anyway, i'd best get to sleep! I stayed up all night last night on Fashiolista, it's so addictive!

Losing All Wisdom.
This morning i am off to the dentist to get my wisdom teeth pulled out, I have been dreading this appointment all weekend. At least i get the day off work which will allow me to get some of the yo-yo's made for my dress and hopefully some knitting. This scarf i have started last month feels like it will take forever to complete. I'd better have some breakfast or I'll miss my appointment. Although, that could be a positive.

Hello World.
This is my first official blog post! I am slowly learning along the way, as you can tell. As this is my first post i think i should tell you a little bit about me and why I have decided to start a blog. I have a lot going on in my life and i have picked up many new hobbies most of them involving fashion, I make my own jewelry and clothes and I also do a lot of baking and cooking on the side. During the day I work in a warehouse which is not something i would like to be doing for the rest of my life, I am looking for a sales rep job but it is great money in the mean time. That brings us to the blog i thought it would be a great way to show everyone what i do, plain and simple! Stay posted for more updates, I will start posting pictures very soon!
